Her work spans grassroots education programs, youth engagement, and community-based research, with a focus on equity and access. She is interested in exploring how technology shapes youth experiences and digital cultures, and is committed to using research and practice to create inclusive, youth-centered futures.

Ayesha is a master’s student of Public Policy and Governance at TISS, with a background in Psychology and Economics from UBC, Canada. Having worked across government bodies, think tanks, and NGOs in India, she hopes to design behavioural change programmes for social impact - with a passion for education and mental health policy. A keen music enthusiast, Ayesha grew up in Delhi and seeks immersive travel across India - any chance she gets.

Nihal Vummaneni
Nihal Vummaneni is a first-year MBBS student with a strong interest in the intersection of healthcare, technology, and society. His work focuses on designing frugal, user-centred digital health tools for resource-limited settings, including community-facing technologies for rural healthcare. He is particularly interested in how non-Western contexts shape digital adoption and how technology can be designed to adapt to users rather than the other way around.

Rupsha Ghosh
Rupsha Ghosh is an architecture graduate. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in product design and management at IIIT Bangalore. Her transition from designing physical spaces to digital products stems from a deeper interest in research, problem framing and understanding root causes rather than surface level solutions. Her academic interests lie in how technology shapes the lives of young people, digital cultures, accessibility, inclusion and social impact.

Vrinda Gandhi
Vrinda is a policy researcher and digital development advocate based in Delhi. With experience in legislative analysis, sustainable enterprise development, and civic engagement, she has contributed to PRS Legislative Research, UNESCAP (APCTT), Invest India, and ReReeti. She also founded the Levatio Magazine as a global platform for emerging writers and artists. As a Don Lavoie Fellow in 2024 and 2025, Vrinda is interested in digital literacy, political philosophy, and scalable social impact.

Agam Jain is a young professional with interests spanning media, research, and public policy. He has worked across content, research, and storytelling-driven projects, and is particularly interested in how culture, governance, and digital platforms intersect. Cherish Rajpurohit is a Senior Research Associate at Bṛhat, working at the intersection of Indian Knowledge Systems, governance, and public policy. With an academic background in International Relations, Public Policy, and Journalism, and as a student of Advaita Vedānta, she focuses on integrating civilizational thought into contemporary decision-making. She has worked with India’s G20 Youth Research and Policy team and contributed to policy white papers.
